We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. If an item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge, where possible. If no replacement is available, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the purchase price.

Yes – all tiles at Azullado are original ceramic tiles from Portugal, individually hand-painted. Some date back decades, others are the work of more recent traditional workshops. Each tile was selected directly in Portugal – at markets, in fabricas, or from surplus stocks.

These are never prints: you always receive a genuine, hand-painted, unique piece with a story.

As proof, each mural comes with a certificate of authenticity ,

which confirms the authenticity and origin of the Portuguese tile.

Many of our tiles tell a story—be it through their decoration, their glaze, or through typical features of certain eras. Where possible, I provide clues about style, craftsmanship, or presumed origin in the product description. In some cases, the backing or paint layers can also be interpreted—but absolute certainty is rarely possible without a manufacturer's stamp or verified provenance.

What I can guarantee: Each tile has been selected with a trained eye and great care—a true piece of Portuguese ceramic art.

I don't offer separate gift wrapping—but each tile is carefully and stylishly packaged with great attention to detail. A truly unique piece that will delight even without wrapping paper.
