1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop Azullado. Any deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. By submitting your order, you accept this offer.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices. According to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), VAT is not charged. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and across the European Union. Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For framed Azulejos, a flat shipping rate of €9.90 applies to all destinations within the European Union outside Germany. Other products may have different shipping rates, displayed during checkout.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received and shipped with tracking via reliable parcel services (e.g. DPD or DHL).

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

8. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning goods in the event of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
