Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
How does shipping work?
We ship our framed tiles within the EU free of charge with DHL or DPD.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after ordering.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can check its status at any time.
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
What is your return policy?
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
The following conditions apply to the voluntary return policy:
The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and complete.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, send us photos of the damage.
We will work to find a quick solution. Wherever possible, we will send a replacement free of charge. If no replacement is available, we will refund the purchase price and cover any necessary return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Is VAT shown on my invoices?
No. All prices are final prices in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). Due to our small-business status, we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it separately.
