Returns, Withdrawal and Cancellation
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the
following withdrawal instructions.
Voluntary cancellation after the contract has been concluded is not
automatically possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as
soon as possible by email at
info@azullado.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will be happy to
check whether cancellation is possible as a gesture of goodwill. Your
statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Withdrawal Instructions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days
without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third
party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an
email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the
model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the
withdrawal form.
If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement
of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including information
about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was
received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your
communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before
the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received
from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than
fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your
withdrawal from this contract. This does not include additional costs
resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least
expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used
for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until
you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is
earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any
event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your
withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods
before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from
handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the goods.
