What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
How does shipping work?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Framed tiles are usually shipped within Germany via DHL within 2–4 business days of ordering. We offer free shipping within Germany.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. If an item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge, where possible. If no replacement is available, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the purchase price.
Was passiert, wenn ein Artikel beschädigt ankommt?
Sollte ein Artikel beschädigt oder fehlerhaft bei dir ankommen, kontaktiere uns bitte möglichst zeitnah und sende uns nach Möglichkeit Fotos der Beschädigung.
Wir kümmern uns um eine schnelle Lösung. Soweit möglich, senden wir dir kostenfrei Ersatz. Ist kein Ersatz verfügbar, erstatten wir dir den Kaufpreis und übernehmen erforderliche Rücksendekosten. Deine gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.
Will VAT be shown on my invoices?
No. All prices are final prices according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). Due to our status as a small business, we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not display it.
