We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Within the EU, we ship our framed tiles free of charge with DHL or DPD.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of being placed.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking information so that you can check its status at any time.

Every order is carefully packed to ensure that it arrives safely.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

The following conditions apply to the voluntary return period:

The return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned unused, undamaged and complete.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
